WALL CANVAS RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please note that refunds or replacements will not be available for products that are returned and are found not to be damaged, faulty or unmerchantable or otherwise within a manufacturer's guarantee or warranty in accordance with the above.
Wall Canvas also does not accept returns of products which are not wanted or because you have changed your mind, nor does it give refunds for these products. Please choose your products carefully.
You or the recipient of an order (the "recipient) may return a product that has been purchased from the Site if:
- it is damaged or faulty upon receipt of delivery to you along with shipping damage proof;
- there is a fault in the product which is evident within 14 days (other than faults due to intentional or malicious damage or clear misuse of the product);
- Wall Canvas reasonably agrees that the product is not of merchantable quality.
You cannot returned used goods unless clearly faulty.
Except where required by law, the recipient must return product within 14 days of receipt of the product together with a completed form which your may obtain by emailing customerservice@wallcanvs.com and providing details and certifying that the product was damaged, faulty or unmerchantable at the time of, or within 14 days of, receipt ("the returns form"). Returns must be sent to Affluent Development Group C/O Wall Canvas 3040 W Post Rd, Las Vegas NV, 89118.
Upon return of the product together with the completed returns form, we will refund the original product price excluding any delivery fees paid at the time of purchase ("the Return Price"). We will issue you with an Adjustment Note in respect of the original product price excluding any delivery fees paid at time of purchase.
Please keep an appropriate proof of return whether you return products via an US Post Office or any delivery service. This should be a receipt from the US Post Office or any delivery service. Otherwise, if the returned products goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the products. It is your responsibility to ensure the products are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.
